YOUR WEBSITE WILL HELP YOU TO GET MORE CLIENTS WHEN…

1. WHEN YOu offer free HELP & Value

Your website will help you to get more clients when you help your website visitors for free. When you give your audience free advice and value, they will start to like you and trust you.

Ideally, this should come in the form of a lead magnet (something you give away for free in exchange for an email address), e.g. a free guide with credible information that will help solve your website visitor's problem. Once you start forming a relationship with them, there will be a higher chance that this person will come back to buy from you.

2. WHEN YOU SPEAK DIRECTLY TO YOUR AUDIENCE

Well-written website copy will entice your audience when reading through your website page. People will be more inclined to enquire with you when:

  1. Your website copy acknowledges that you are the ideal coach who can solve their biggest problems or overcome their challenges.

  2. When your website copy and other information on your website is professionally laid out, guiding the reader through your website.

  3. When your website copy is followed by a ‘Call To Action’ that invites someone to fill out a form or click a link or a button.

3. WHEN YOUR AUDIENCE SEES YOUR CREDIBILITY as a coach

Your website will help you get more clients when your audience sees that you are credible and will start to trust you. Three important things that will help to showcase your credibility are:

Your website will only help you get more clients when you actively drive your audience towards it. You cannot rely on people landing on it only through Google - especially if you are a new coach or you have a newly established business. One of the worst things that you can do is launch your website and then just leave it.

You can market your website organically and with the help of ads. Here are some examples of how you can market your website online:

✔️ You can use Social Media (Instagram and Facebook) to drive your audience to click a link to download your free lead magnet. Ideally, you would have a design with a ‘mock-up’ showcasing your e.g. free guide.

✔️ You can also do the same with your Results or Testimonials pages. After posting a social media post - you can then drive your audience to click a link to ‘view more results’ on your website page, or ‘read the full client success story’.

✔️ Remember that now you can add links to your Instagram Stories - as well as have links inside your Instagram Bio (ideally something like a Link-Tree page).

✔️ You can also use various ad campaigns to advertise your business online and drive your audience towards a particular website page - to sign up to a challenge/download a free guide/get a consultation. I advise that you take time to market your website organically, before considering Ads.

✔️ You can drive your audience to view a page of your website (e.g. a new Blog) through an Email campaign. Ideally, at the end of this, you’d include an effective call to action that invites your audience to click your link to ‘read more’.

5. WHEN your audience KNOW YOU, LIKE YOU & TRUST YOU

You heard it right! Ultimately your website will help you get more clients when they know you, like you and trust you. This takes time and is something that you should be doing consistently on all social & online platforms.

2️⃣ People will start to LIKE YOU when you consistently provide them with free value. This can include insightful social media posts, graphics, captions and blog posts. However, the best way to provide value is to give something away for free, such as a lead magnet in the form of a guide (or something similar).

3️⃣ They get to TRUST YOU when they see that you and your brand are credible, consistent, and professional. This can be done by showcasing your client results and testimonials, which prove that your product or service has worked for others in the past.
